I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy! The service was quick, professional and extremely helpful. A special mention goes to Jaskirat, who went above and beyond to assist me. Their knowledge, patience and friendly approach made the whole process so easy. It’s rare to receive such genuine care these days, and Jaskirat truly stood out.
My first time using this pharmacy. I popped in on a whim as I needed some travel advice for my upcoming holiday. Despite it being quite busy, the Pharmacist, Jas, gave me her time - she listened to my concerns and advised accordingly. She was professional and courteous throughout. Could not have been more pleased - will definitely use again and recommend - Thank you....
I arrived a few minutes before midday, having just been to the doctor next door, to collect my prescription. I was greeted and told it would be a short wait. However, over 20 minutes later, I was still waiting - despite there being only two or three other customers when I arrived, all of whom received their prescriptions before me. During this time, it was clear that the dispensary staff were more concerned with ordering their lunch than serving customers. I could clearly hear them discussing pizza orders - five or six young members of staff stood around deciding on a large margarita pizza, each contributing £5, and even ordering samosas from elsewhere. This went on while prescriptions (including mine) were ignored. After waiting far longer than necessary, I asked about the status of my prescription. Despite being told ten minutes earlier that it was being prepared, I was then informed that it hadn’t even been started. Meanwhile, patients who had arrived after me from the same surgery were being served first. The only member of staff who showed any professionalism was the blonde receptionist, who took it upon herself to chase my prescription and kept me updated as best she could. My complaint is not directed at her - she was the only one who seemed to care. My issue is with the dispensers and the other receptionist, whose attitude and lack of urgency were unacceptable. When I queried the delay again, I was finally told they would “do it now.” At that point, after being ignored and misled for over 20 minutes, I said I no longer wished to wait. The response I received from the pharmacists was dismissive, without so much as an apology. Their attitude was appalling. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the NHS and your pharmacy. Your team showed no care or respect for patients - only interest in their own lunch plans. I immediately took my prescription to Jhoots Pharmacy on the High Street, where I was served promptly and professionally with no attitude or delays. I would strongly urge others to do the same rather than waste their time here!!
I had my vaccine today at Knights Lordswood With a young girl called Nazish, she was really polite and when she did the vaccine it was pain free. I am very pleased with the service she provided today and I will certainly be booking her again
THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER VISTED IN MY LIFE And ive used many as a 54 year old man who takes a lot of medication and also has many disabilitys. I was treated with rudness and belittled which had an affect on my health. When I complained by phone at the time I was hung up on and also my e mails ignored, which they should keep under GDPR rules. So I pointed out that its pointless asking me to complain to your complaints e mail address as I did this and was ignored and treated with contempt. But yet I got what looks like the same worded response every even on this review page. It would be more useful if they actually dealt with my complaint instead of ignoring it like they did when I complained originally instead of sending a tockenism reply on here which I feel it to make them look like they care and they have not in my complaint. So the up date now I've phoned them again to complain yet again as they did nothing about my original complaint. I may be adding futher edit updates. Thank you Google for giving people a voice to use their freedom of expression under the Human Rights Act. THEY REALLY DID NOT CARE.
Was about to buy a Cetirizine on advice of an Allergy specialist and stupidly questioned the dose. The Pharmacist / Manager drew herself away from her conversation about her weekend to tell me I couldn’t buy the medication for my son due to his age although she had it prescribed from a GP on her system. Apparently it couldn’t be sold over the counter although that was exactly what I was about to do before I offered information not requested. A woman exerting what little power she has in the world for ego sake. What a shame. Go elsewhere.
Not my usual Pharmacy but in the area frequently. Great service, prescription served ever so fast and the staff on tap to talk about other ailments after needing some advice and seemed ever so knowledgeable. I might be staring to use more!
I recently went to collect my prescription and whilst I was there i was asked if I wanted to have my flu jab. The pharmacist was lovely and calming as I am not good with needles. I will definitely be back next year!
Excellent service always get my mums medication ready and delivered on time. Always Great customer service and thanks to mariumm the dispenser for ringing the GP to getting my mums prescription sorted.
