Disgusting customer service, pharmacist won't look in an adults painful ear because he won't get paid for it. Takes less than a minute to use an otoscope. How low has humanity fallen. A disgrace to health care professionals.
Never have anything and need chasing a week or so to get the medication.
The Pharmacist rudely told his staff not to process my return because they were 'too busy'. Told me to go to another Boots instead. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism.
Useless pharmacy. Never have anything in so constantly fob you off until the next day. And even if you come back the next day after lunch it still hasn’t been prepared so you have to wait even further. Never been into there and my prescription be ready first time.
Opening Hours are wrong, despite stating "confirmed by business 8 weeks ago". Closed between 2pm & 3pm Mon - Fri causing a wasted journey. Please change/correct to avoid confusion for other people.

Only a couple of staff but they are very friendly and efficient. I'd give them 5 stars easy.
The staff are very friendly and there knowledge is excellent,if you need something they know what you need rather than having to go to the doctor's sometimes very helpful people would recommend to anyone who hasn't got time to visit the doctor's for something simple.
