The first time I popped in by chance. I will always choose Chloe Nails in future. I live an hour and a half away and it is totally worth it. I have never been so warmly welcomed and my nails lasted perfectly without chipping for weeks. Highly recommend!

The best biab and design. I’ve gone to most of the nail salons in highbury and islington/angel and this is by far the best biab I’ve gotten. They spent their time perfecting the design and my nails and fingers looked so healthy after! This is officially my new favorite salon!
I’ve been to Chloe nails many times and I’ve always had a great experience except today. Went to get my acrylics removed which never takes more than 30 minutes and it took over an hour. The service was poor as the person doing them kept answering the phone and serving other customers, which made the process take longer. Not all the acrylic was removed in all nails and my pinky is bloody. I also have white crust all around my fingers which doesn’t wash away, and overall I am not very happy with the result. I’m very disappointed as I’ve always been happy with all my nails I’ve gotten done here. Will not be coming back.
Always amazing work at Chloe Nails! Been going for years and every person who works there is kind, friendly, and talented! They absolutely nail it if you have an inspo pic, too! Highly recommend
First of all, I work 3 jobs and choose to spend my money here. Usually the staff are amazing but they made a huge deal about a complaint I had about the nails being messy. I had asked to change the chrome colour half way through the treatment and they said they would charge me extra and I agreed. They then proceeded to to give me a messy gel colour with paint seeping into my cuticles and on my actual finger. I complained at the end when I was paying- saying please don’t charge me extra because you’ve done a messy job. I wanted to just leave with my messy manicure and be done with it and NOT be charged almost £40 for a bad manicure… but they didn’t care. They still wanted to charge me extra and be rude about it… not really sure what the big deal is. I asked so nicely and they made a huge deal. Usually they are great and seem bothered about getting it right. I felt so stupid and I was literally almost in tears. I agreed to be charged BEFORE they did a bad job. It’s just bad customer service. Getting my nails done once a month is a luxury and should be at least a neutral experience not a rubbish one.
Quick, clean and the work was great quality, exactly what I wanted and I was in and out pretty quickly. I did make an appointment for earlier in the day but making a booking was easy and they had many slots open the day before!
They never fail! They're quick, salon is clean, covid safe & the work is always on point. I'm very particular with my nails & I have no complaints. One of the best nail shops I've ever been to
The best around, tried lots in the area. My shellac lasts for weeks, no chipping, lifting or breaking. If you're into creative designs, they seem to be good at that too. Better to book ahead if going at peak times.
