How great to see Electric Bike Supermarket at an Autograss meeting. I loved this bike the minute I saw it on display and after test riding up and down a muddy field I realised it was what I had been looking for. It was delivered this morning just five days after ordering it and it was so easy to put together I managed it all myself in about 15 minutes however I did need help to lift it out of the box before I started. The most fiddly part was cutting all the tie wraps holding the padding in place so the bike didn't get damaged in transit. After riding it up and down the street for a bit I had a go at folding it up; harder than I thought but it was my first time so it will get easier as I get more practice as will opening it back out again. It's pretty heavy for a 'little old lady' like me to lift in and out of a car but I managed it and again it will get easier with practice. It fit quite easily and comfortably into my tiny Suzuki Splash and will go with us when we go off for weekends away. I hope my two other friends that I have convinced to buy one for themselves love it as much as I do and thanks to Paul for being such a good salesman and allowing us to negotiate our own small discount. Win, win!!
We visited Paul's showroom just over a week ago, he gave us some great advice not just to select the right type of electric bike, but to ensure we purchased the correct frame size, which is so important. I recently bought an E-bike from Electric Bike Supermarket. The customer service is five stars. Paul delivered the bike and spent time running through the bike, how to work the electric motor functions and charge the bike as well as offering tips on maintaining the bike. Buying an ebike for the first time can be a bit harrowing however I was lucky to be able to use Paul at Electric Bike Supermarket who guided through the process to ensure I bought the right bike for me. I also checked prices from other online sellers and I know for sure I have paid a fair price. One unique selling point is that Paul will deliver the bike personally so any final adjustments can be made upon delivery. It is hard to imagine a better service than the one delivered by Electric Bike Supermarket.
