   I first visited The Cycle Hub for a mountain bike service, and the team did a fantastic job- the guys were thorough, efficient, and my bike felt like it was brand new. Their attention to detail and clear explanations made everything easy to understand and transparent, and they kept me updated throughout. I came back later a few months later to buy a new road bike. Once again, the team were brilliant. They took the time to understand what I needed, talked me through the options, and made sure I left with the perfect bike for what I need.

   Super trustworthy and knowladgable. The guys at the cycle hub have saved me so much time and money in the long run with their knowladge and expertise. I have been riding bikes for over 30 years and this is the first bike shop I have felt confident to just tell them the problem leave my bike and know they wont rip me off and will give me the best advice and keep it running smoothly. They also have a great ticketing system so everything is recorded and also emailed to you incase you need it in the future! I would/do reccomend them to everyone I know.

   I snapped a spoke on my DT Swiss wheel. It was at the shop half an hour later and fixed within the next two hours. One new spoke, three new spoke nipples, fresh rim tape, sealant and tyre re-fitted. Absolutely incredible service. Massive thanks to Will, Alex, Nik and Chris.

   Came over to discuss what bike would suit and felt very comfortable from the outset. Nick came up with an excellent suggestion, which suits what I want to do and fits me with my very short legs. Chris was very helpful when I returned to buy the bike and it was built up for me promptly. A first-rate customer service experience, highly recommended. Coffee game is strong too. A warm hug of a shop! Bike was checked over 6 weeks later and I really appreciated the oasis of calm during what was otherwise the busiest day I've had in years. Lots of help offered, highly recommended. Coffee still excellent. Lovely. Edit: Equally excellent in new, much larger premises (March 23). I was worried it wouldn't be the same but it's a fantastic space with lots of bikes and still everyone coming to chat. Thanks for sorting out another bike, fits perfectly and is a total hoot to ride. :-)
