   Been told to return a ups access parcel here and the staff will pack and print the return label. Went in this evening to be told by the lady on the till very rudely I may add that she will not be doing this as it needs to be done at home and then brought into the shop? I think the staff need to be trained in this and also customer service and the website updated!!!
