   Had a very stressful unpleasant experience trying to redeem a voucher I purchased with this merchant. Firstly while my voucher was still valid i tried to call and different text but no reply. Then after it expired the owner offered me an appointment, again not straight forward a few months apart, due to unforeseen reasons can’t make that date so I changed that appointment for a week late and had done this 10 days in advance to give her enough notice. During this time I sent various texts and emails to make sure that she had got the change and my appointment was successfully moved to the following week. When the following week appointment that I moved to, again I tried to phone up and need her confirmation, she had not sent a single word to me. I rebooked it for the following month and texted her and emailed and phoned for that confirmation, then after a week later, she just sent me a text saying my booking was declined. Now my bad experience was not about her massage, it was only the experience I had trying to book with her. I’ve wasted my time, money, effort on contacting her, faith for her service. I have contacted Groupon, I think she is not responsible for the business she is doing. Her ignorance inconsideration towards customer I rated her as disappointing.

   Unprofessional attitude and poor customer service I purchased a voucher advertised by this nails saloon. I believe the owner decided to attract clients offering a manicure and pedicure deal. I contacted them via text as instructed (4x) and emailed asking for booking but to no avail. Also tried to book in their website but couldn't as I was asked to pay full price without a choice of using the voucher. I don't recommend any person to get through the trouble I faced. At the end I cancelled the voucher as I don't trust business with this level of unprofessionalism.

   Yvonne done a fantastic job on the massage. Particularly in places which needed the most attention. I have been to many massage places in the past, and Yvonne managed to do the best job yet! Especially because I didn't need to ask her to make any adjustments!

Yvonne was friendly, patient and totally understanding. her personality really put at ease and the results of everything I had done looked great . I will definitely recommend serenity steps salon and will be going coming back here again.

   Really enjoyed the relaxing massage by Yvonne. Professional and not rushed. 90 mins meant 90 mins here which is great value for money. I did a 60mins full body massage and 30 mins facial; both was great and felt really relaxed and still do after two days! Definitely recommend this place! Thank you, will be coming again.
