Thoroughly recommend. I thought I needed a replacement part for my washing machine. Instead, Mr Belec kindly and patiently explained how to change my washing routine to overcome the problem. I’m very grateful.
As many other reviewers have said, Simon called me back promptly and talked me through how to simply fix my broken fridge freezer. Didn't want payment and assured me there was no need for him to come and repair it as I could fix it myself. He was clear and helpful and saved me £££££ in call out fees. I'll certainly use him again. Recommended.

Wow, talk about speedy service, lightening fast I'd say! We knew Belec serviced Dyson equipment so my husband decided to call in to see if we could get a replacement battery for our animal stick vacuum. It took 2 minutes, original battery replaced, fitted and working like a dream. Thank you Simon

Absolutely great company. Had a power cut and after that my New World oven wasn't working. Rang them and told them what had happened and they just suggested switching the clock back on. I was unable to as the button dropped off years ago so he suggested something as simple as sticking a pen in the hole where it was. I eventually had to use a scissor blade but once I did that it came back on and the oven worked! Feel almost guilty that he gave me advice for free that saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend to everyone.
I had bought a spare part on the Internet and thought I had bought the wrong thing. The owner looked at it and showed me how to fit it at no charge. Very kind of him
I rang them because my washer was broken. Simon talked me through different washers l could purchase. I chose one and he arranged for it to be delivered, fitted and the old one taken away. All this was arranged in less than 30 minutes and l didn't even have to leave my chair!!! Simon was brilliant and all the stress of having to replace my broken washer was taken away by Simon at Belec services. 10 out of 10, l can't praise them enough. Well done and highly recommended.
