   Security have to be bored out of their mind they act so annoyed. Overall service from Bar Staff is great. Drinks are expensive and there’s a £5 min so be wary. Great place though. When doing security checks though be prepared to get treated like a severe criminal, they really ensure therell be no issues at all

   Payed £40 for a ticket to see east end dubs and £240 on an apartment for the night just for the bouncers to say I was too drunk ( I had 1 drink before I got tot the event) bouncers here are rude and Nasty. I said I wasn’t drunk and they said YOU WHAT YOU GETTING CHEEKY 3 surround me and proceeded to throw me out of the queue like I was some rag doll it was humiliating and nasty! TERRIBLE place and there was so many others tonight that got unfairly treat aswell, disgusting

   I came here with some friends who swore this place was amazing however after experiencing this place first hand, heres a few things that can be improved upon 1. The food , pizza to be exact could do with not having a couple of pubic hair looking things on it, the staff didnt seem to care at all. 2. Bathroom hygene was awful, one toilet had more skidmarks than the m1 motorway down it, digusting. 3. The the majority of the staff here were short tempered & rude. Im sure if these things are improved upon the place would be good, there are much better places to spend you time & money.

   Very nice staff, just extremely crowded! No space to move, was scared I would fall on the floor in the crowd, and not be able to get up, as the crowd was not standing still, and kept shifting. Also, in the smoking area guys started fighting, so we left and told the security guards. They went there straight away. Long story short, staff was nice, but couldn’t let myself go and enjoy the night, due to too many people in a small space. (Little tip, make the bar area and main room one big space, as the bar area was completely empty and the main room too busy)

   Horrible nightout! Do not consider this club if you want a good nightout. Mostly because of the security. They were really rude except from one guy. The female security was very rude and being really authoritative for no reason. Whilst she was doing the checks she was being very mean not treating me like normal human being, ruined my night from the start. Sniffing dog just jumps on anyone randomly even if you don’t have stuff on you.

   Lab11 is a rough venue. Something just feels ‘off’ about it. On the upside, searches are thorough on entry. However Bar staff are miserable and unfriendly and charged me twice for drinks (nearly £30 for fruit juice and a double - and gave me a funny look when I challenged it). Unfortunately there are some very rough people who come to Lab11 events and it just feels like a very sketchy and dodgy place. Like I say the atmosphere is always ‘off’. Have been to a number of events here and I’d pick any other venue (apart from Stab Central Crane) over Lab11 any day of the week. A rave venue to avoid.

   i was nervous after reading the reviews but i had a great night here, the speakers were good, i thought all the staff/security were nice and professional, so no issues there. i got my bag through fine, because of the reviews the lads we went with didn’t bring bags n we didn’t have any issues. + we queued for about 20-30 minutes before getting in, standard.

   My brother paid full price for the halloween rave, was kicked out of the event by security after being accused of ‘taking drugs’ for no reason (when he didn’t and never would). All he did was pee in a cubicle, He feels the security were racially profiling (as he is someone of mixed heritage, and was in the minority) I would avoid this place as you can pay and then be accused of doing things you haven’t with no basis for the accusations. A shady way to run a business

   The entry and exit staff were rude, and the venue is small, and not in the best of places, the security was really good with metal detectors and bag searches on entry. One bonus of the event they were giving out free recharging vapes! it’s well ventilated and the people attending this event were a good crowd, the event was supposed to start at 4 but doors didn’t open till 5 and it starts to get busy after 6:30/7 but it’s on till 2am so it’s to be expected! The drinks were just like other places £5 a drink/shot. But toilets were good quality just a bit small! Won’t be returning to this one.
