Staff behind the bar do their best but it takes an age to get service when it's busy , I must of waited nearly 30 minutes to get served one Saturday afternoon, I think they let to many people in.

Such good fun. 80s and 90s music, and a good old fashioned revolving dance floor, which we spend ages on! Lots of laughs and great fun. What more could you want.
Recently visited reflex on a spontaneous night out, was served by a lovely blonde haired girl. Think her name was Lexus, anyway absolutely amazing made me feel so relaxed and service was on point! She always had a smile on her face !!
I'd have happily rated this establishment 5 stars, if it wasn't for the black dude in the toilets selling parfumes, asking me really inappropriate questions, making me feel really uncomfortable and showing me up infront of strangers. Bar staff lovely, hardworking, good music and cheap drinks. Just massively let down by your toilet guy.

On the recommendation of a friend I was invited last night to attend the Reflex. This was going to be a first time experience for me. I queued up and I was refused entry just because I'm a British Indian. I felt discriminated upon. I had to leave the place in tears. Now I know that we as Indians have no right to enjoy our lives. We are not considered human. I even explained to the security staff at the gate that my friends are inside waiting for me. I was even willing to pay to go in so I could be with them. But just because of my ethnicity or colour I was not let it. It's the most shameful experience that I have had from childhood up until now. I would request all the Indians out there to not go to the Reflex. I don't want what happened to me to happen to you too.

1st time at this place last night (NYE) and WOW it definitely wont be the last!! Venue, staff, music, atmosphere etc all absolutely SPOT ON!! See you again very soon im sure :D
Visited after a taxi driver recommendation. Friendly staff, old school tunes, but it was super quiet even on a Friday night and wasn’t worth paying entry for. More of a bar to visit before going to a club I’d say.
