   Charge a lot for admission then ask for id over charge for a drink staff snatch the money the music is at a strange tempo speeded up like chip munks all the music socks it's up to u but that's my honest take Birmingham I am disappointed you need to come better then this if u not feeling this review I suggest u change that

   We were charged £20 for 2 single vodkas by a female at the bar on 2 occasions. Nothing was put through the till and was just typed in the card machine. Not been anywhere else where they are charging that for drinks. Went up to the bar on the 3rd occasion was served by a different female who used the till and the drinks only cost £15. Explained about the other person charging us £20 and not using the till and she explained there was no way it should have cost £20. Spoke to a few people outside who were all being charged extra going to her to. Charging customers an extra £5 per round for herself is crazy. And not using the till and charging on the machine seems a little suspicious as that till won't be adding up. Won't be back.

   Terrible communication do not book the big tables : I booked the vip bday table and when we got there nothing was prepared there was supposed to be decor but there was no decor I asked for 2 bottles of Hennessy . They didn’t have it I had no cake I didn’t get to pick my own song. Nothing was there that was advertised. Complete scam. couldn’t get a refund left early to go somewhere different

   staff were amazing. i went with my mum, dad and cousin. staff checked up on us and made us feel safe. amazing experience, music was amazing aswell. people in the bar were also super friendly and supportive. would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a good place to drink. i

   This bar is fun with good music & a real party vibe for any age. Very busy, well managed no trouble & the staff are amazing! Service was relatively quick despite it being Happy Hour and given they have to know the ingredients for 39 cocktails! The only negative was not many places to sit as most reserved but some empty the whole time we were there.

   Came to this venue on Friday night, door staff searched us and then stated it was paid entry. I don’t have an issue with that! I do however have an issue with it being different prices for different genders! £10 for a man, £5 for a woman! What on earth is going on there?!? I will not be going back there!! Shame on you!

   First time going there but nothing good to say about this club ! Bouncers very rude with attitude , club was quite dead when we arrived & it was after 12 midnight got myself and my mate a drink £18 for 2 JD and cola bit pricey .. the club itself is Alright but you get started at a lot/ Given dirty looks especially from black ladies it felt like they just want to fight you which was shocking!! Left after half hour !’ been in many clubs before no club was as bad as this one

   Great vibes inside..people that are doing the 360 machine need to get a white lights as the pink lights don’t bring out the full video quality. DJs turned up the place for a Friday night. Lady in women toilets over charging for things. But will be visiting again.
