Really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had to call out on Christmas eve and he arrived within a few hours of our call and got us sorted so we had heating and hot water again. Would highly recommend
We were looking for a heating engineer for an urgent boiler repair. We found Kamdem and his work has been excellent. He diagnosed the fault, ordered the replacement part and installed it in a couple of days. Couldn’t have been quicker. A friendly, professional and reasonably priced service. Highly recommended.
AVOID HIM!! VERY RUDE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TO CUSTOMERS MY COMPANY USED HIM BUT WE ARE STILL REGRATIMG USING HIM This is exactly what KAMDEM hometech job is about Very unprofessional finished job and left everything MESSED UP HEATING SYSTEM SOME RADIATORS NOT WORKING PROPERLY VERY PROBLEMATIC & RUDE We paid him £9172:00 already which 75% of the total remaining 25% after finishing the job but he messed up the job without of the radiators heating more than others, and unadentical radiator nubs/valves, kitchen waste pipe laying outside not connected to drainage, he claimed he does tilling as well and messed up the bathroom tilling very bad. Requesting him to complete the job and he was very RUDE saying that I must pay him for the remaining balance. Claiming that his terms and conditions stated 25% payment at finished of the contract, then my question was with all this evidence does this job looks finished? He just like money too much and doesn't care for customers satisfaction, and you can not have a dialogue with KAMDEM as rude as he is. We REGRET TO GIVE HIM A CONTRACT
The most helpful engineer we’ve had. Couldn’t have been more help late on a Saturday night while we had no central heating, got the boiler fixed and working for me over a video call and was back working straight away. Went out of his way to make sure we was back up and running while my pregnant girlfriend was struggling in the cold. Can’t recommend anyone better!
Boiler Service and repair and gas safety check - very minor error on judgement with repair but only human at end of day and understandable coming back following day but added on to original quote. Wants customers to pay for his mistakes/errors. Wrong size flue purchased. BE MINDFUL OF USING THIS COMPANY AND AGREE COST BEFORE Boiler failed on washer in flue, but replaced full flue, when nothing wrong with flue Minimum disturbance (but may have not been needed) friendly, pleasant, informative, reliable, good communication, on time with in appointment bracket. Came out at 10pm, less than four hours from when I'd contacted him and exactly when he said he'd be here (had also offered the option of next day for less money), when everyone else was saying four days. Lovely chap and had my dead boiler back up and running in minutes.
Turned up within 6 mins… absolutely brilliant. Nice guy with a lovely manner and did a great job without costing the Earth. Will definitely use again.

What a sound guy! Friendly, polite and honest. Returned my telephone call within 10 minutes and was at my address within 2 hours as promised - late on a Friday afternoon! Two difficult leaking joints in an horrendous place were repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll be using Kamdem exclusively if and when a plumber is needed.
