   if I could. I like to give 0 star as coustemer service is absolutely disgusting I bought 2 seater sofa received defected and rubbish quality, trying to return but no luck they just plying game with me to pass 30 days then I will have no rights to return. if you can avoid to buy anything from wilko online please do so to avoid receiving disappointment goods.

   Everything was empty only 1 person serving on till.prices are not updated different prices on labels and till.First the lady charged £6.00 for £3.00 shampoo when the customer told her she changed it then again same for conditioner £6.00 instead of £3.00.Afterwards the customer was charged more for hair brush aswell she took the lady to show the label clearly written less price but instead of saying one golden word sorry she was very abusive and arguing shouting in front of me and other customers.Its really a very very bad experience she need to be well trained in customer service being a customer as customer is always right.This time lady was 100 percent wrong charging more for 4 items.its a big mistake not one item was charged more for 4 items not focused on her work. Instead of apologising she was aggressive and shouting it was a great scene in front of me and other customer. Somebody line manager has to look over it. Customer is already upset being charged more for 4 items instead of saying sorry staff arguing with the customer.I felt sorry for the customer and was shocked seeing customer service. Bless the customer she was charged more and she was only abused by the team member.

   A large store with a wide variety of household goods at generally very good prices. They have just started operating a click and collect service from this branch, which you can find in the far left corner of the shop, as you come in. Fairly secure bicycle parking is available immediately opposite of the front doors.

   Disgusting company. Only ever one till open (with their slowest staff member constantly placed there) pushing people to use card over cash- they will claim they are under staffed as NUMEROUS staff wander about the floor aimlessly as customers que for unacceptable amounts of time, trying to force self service on customers so we can ultimately do their job for free that they are meant to be doing. No hello or even eye contact when you do get to the till. Shelves half empty. Shameful

   Had my phone stolen from inside the store on the 15th of December and don't get me wrong the stuff was ok but they could have called the police on my behalf they was going to look on CCTV but said I had to call the police I thought was a bit out of order so be careful when you go to the store because if you get pickpocketed you Will have to call the police yourself in my opinion the staff could have done better as it happened in there shop

   A large shop selling everything from DIY tools to kitchen equipment. They even stock a small range of plants and bushes near the back- considering the plants are kept inside under fluorescent lighting they are all in incredibly good condition.
