Great service! Carla was patient and very helpful. She presented me with various options of jewellery and the offers available. She helped me make the best choice of a ring that matches my budget; I am very pleased with it and I will definitely come back again.
Excellent customer service, some great discounts on Black Friday, and I picked up a bargain in the sale. The staff are knowledgeable. The certificate and cuddly toy your child receives when they have their ears pierced is a brilliant idea. What makes it more special is that money is donated to a teenage cancer charity. I also like that you can call the store directly to check for stock availability.

Not been in for a while. However, when I did call I found the assistants to be very knowledgeable and polite. They help me puck out some nice jewellery for my Mrs.
Came here to pick up a watch that I had ordered online unfortunately they didn't prepare it or I had come in too early. However they told me to wonder round for 15/20 mins and it should be ready. Sure enough received at text message and collected my watch staff are very friendly here. Could do with some deep house or techno music playing make the vibe a bit more happy, give it more of an experience.
Good customer service and staff but not enough staff, takes a while before getting served but it is worth the wait.
