“2023: Shoes wear out, so back again. Same staff, same great service! Once again, no hard sell, lots of shoes came out, running on the treadmill, comparing two shoes at the same time. You really feel like they want the best for your feet. They also stock a large collection of running apparell, so a one stop shop. Free parking is available from the superstore up the road, so you can get your shop get your shoes, job done! Great experience shopping for running shoes, assisted by staff that actually enjoy running. Whilst my wife was being helped, I was able to watch three other ladies being attended to, each was treated as an individual, with quite different requirements and all left with running shoes they had tried, compared and had had informed detail on each one. The prices of the shoes were in the end all around the same mark, not cheap but not stupid prices and what actually mattered was they were suitable for her running style, the running surface, her personal gait and lastly a style she liked. Worth the money rather than wasted money.”

“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her.
