   Arrived at the store around 4pm on 24/12/2025, very last minute, as they shut at 16:00 on christmas. Due to personal reasons I was only able to get her gift that day. The staff members, Naomi, Sasha & Lauren were very helpfull, they allowed me in as i promissed taking only 5m, Sasha even helped picking the perfect gold bracelet taking in consideration my lack of knowledge in jewelry and the all process was much easier and quicker.

   Last Saturday I was served by a Millie in oldham and although there was a queue she still showed me great care with picking out my gifts and getting a 10% off with points. All of the staff working that day seemed very happy and another lady named Sasha complimented my choice, such a lovely place to go for christmas gifts every year. Thank you.

   A big thank you to Katrina at Oldham. As I walk into store I was greeted and offered help immediately and if I needed anything just to ask. I returned to the shop after a short while and was given fabulous service by Katrina on a lovely set for my wife. Keep up the great work.

   Bang on, everything that I needed even though the store is in a small town. The staff were great, plus the staff have to deal with a variety of inhabitants of Oldham so they deserve extra points for that.

   Felt my time was massively wasted here the other day. Staff told me if I spend over £100 I get one (these) items half price. One of (these) was two necklaces in one for £70 which seemed to good to true…so I clarified that if I buy this £115 item I get (these) for £35 instead of £70. She said yes,, then it came to till time and both necklaces were £70 EACH meaning a £35 add on just became a £105 add on because only one of them got discounted. This is false advertising and it’s not allowed. The lady said it was a mistake on her side and the price tag should have said ‘from’ neither of which are my problem. Anyway…I walked out and didn’t purchase any. Hate being loyal to a company and they waste my time. #iknowmyrights

   Purchased a spare of the moment bracelet and a number of charms for a anniversary. Staff was friendly and more than willing to help. Unfortunately unlike other stitesithe price's are not on display so be careful as my gift became quite expensive really quick. Cant fault the service provided thank you
