   I was wondering if some of the staff were only rude to me, but after reading the reviews, I realized that they have been rude to many people. It's clear that without sufficient knowledge, it's almost impossible to make any purchases. I hope someone in charge reads these reviews and reminds the staff how important it is to be friendly and approachable.

It has definitely improved within the last 6 months or so and have noticed some new staff and possibly new management which has made a huge difference to the general customer service in store.
