   Was here for the first time. First impressions was nice until we headed to the ladies toilets that was not so nice infact all the toilets was blocked and no toilet paper when we got here after a long journey but must admit they did get the emergency plumber out to fix the problem thank you. when I did go again as had no choice still no toilet paper please you get people in for a function which we pay for a bar which has totally unreasonable price why would I want to pay £10 for a bottle of Kopparberg Cider I know you have to pay staff blah blah blah but £10 please would you not want to sell more for less price and all the money you make as a venue you can't even buy a tin of paint to freshen up the toilet area or fix the toilet seats would I come again yes as I did like the look of the venue downstairs. But on principle no need to charge the prices you charge behind the bar unless you can justify the price which I don't think there is reasonable answers. Overall all this is just my opinion with my eyes.

   We went to the Intimate Lounge on Saturday 17th of August 2025. Pink and White party.Had a great time Mr Romantic, Female DJ was playing with 2 male DR'S. No food No Service The atmosphere was excellent. B.P

   Lovely friendly bar staff. But club was empty charged £10 to enter we stated for 20 minutes then left. Only giving 2 stars because of staff. The outdoor space for smoking has no roof area or covering so when raining not pleasant spot to be and no seating in smoking area either. Dj had vibe but no one in club. Shame on a Saturday night.

   Excellent African (mostly Nigerian and south African) music. But the floors were so sticky. It was difficult to dance. They need to mop/wash the floors before the club opens. Also need to provide tissues in their toilets

   It says that it opens at 10 pm on the website, but actually, it opens at 11:40 pm, which made us wait outside in the rain for 1 hour and 40 minutes.

   Pavo is a Classy/posh kind of environment. Individual booths very very clean. The staff is amazing and goes beyond to make sure that you are absolutely comfortable. There is a no smoking policy inside the establishment. It's a great place for groups. Music- rotating DJ that plays a wide variety of music. However the rest rooms are upstairs so prepare yourself to climb a few stairs. This place is not for children or pets. Overall great experience. I highly recommend for a good Night out experience.
