   Mark, the gentleman, was very kind. I went in to get a new front door handle as my previous one had broken. The style I was after wasn't available but Mark very kindly provided a temporary fix, free of charge, and explained what I should search for with 'door handle jargon' to find a replacement. Truly wonderful service.

   Wonderful service from a lovely family business. We had been meaning to get a new front door for ages but couldn't face dealing with door companies. Boyalls was super-chilled they let us take our time (months) without checking up on us. The end result is a stunning bespoke front door and surround, at a reasonable price compared to the competition. The staff were a delight to deal with, including the fitter, who took care to get everything spot on.

   Highly recommended. Popped in to get two parts for an internal double door. Really friendly staff and had good choice of options to resolve double internal doors and keeping them shut without seeing much of the fixings. Price as you would expect. Good local store and well worth popping into over mainstream DIY shops.
