Toolstation Leatherhead – Chris is a Gem! Visited Toolstation Leatherhead on 22/07/25 to purchase a Karcher pressure washer and was genuinely blown away by Chris. One of the best salespeople I’ve ever encountered — friendly, engaging, and clearly passionate about his job. He gave us all the information we needed with clarity and patience. His communication skills and customer service were simply top-tier. If every store had a Chris, online shopping wouldn’t stand a chance. Truly impressed — the UK needs more people like him!

Very helpful staff. I needed a part for a shower and they helped to find the right component. Unfortunately it did not fit when I arrived home but, true to their word, they refunded the full amount for the part. They were friendly and good humoured. I will certainly use again and recommend this Leatherhead branch. Thank you.
