   Came in today with an issue with our dishwasher leaking and had a leak underneath the sink. I've got no knowledge of plumbing and came in with only photos of the issues. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, suggesting a range of options. All is sorted and I'm over the moon, couldn't thank this place enough for their excellent service.

   This is EVERYTHING you want a local hardware shop to be! Friendly, understanding, helpful, and an owner with loads of experience. I'd just got in a lot of 2nd hand furniture and he let me try different-sized screws and return which ones didn't work, ordered stuff in, did absolutely everything to help. Great prices too.
