   I had a delivery scheduled from the Tolworth branch The delivery never arrived on time, and no one informed me of any delay. I had to chase it myself by calling multiple times, only to be misled over the phone. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Poor communication and zero accountability. That said, the driver was polite and professional when he eventually arrived. The issue here is clearly with the office and communication team, not the driver.

   Very unprofessional and very disappointing service from there tool hire department.I had hire grinder cutter from them and with in half an hour I returned them without used it . The lady name Jaz said we still have to charge you £30 . I explained her that I just bring it back without using it . She was so rude (Jaz). I will not recommend this place .

   I think the blonde lady at this store needs some correctional training on how to deal with customers, or stick her somewhere where she doesn't have to deal with people as her unwillingness to help and appalling attitude was outstanding.

   Yard guy can’t be bothered to look . Shop guy gets the wrong item and can’t be bothered to get the right item just says the websites miss counted by 60 . A complete waste of my time.

   Dreadful servise from this depot when our son ordered large quantities of sand cement and hardcore to be delivered on a pre agreed date and time.I had travelled 300 miles to help construct his new patio.No delivery arrived on the day despite several calls and being told it was on the way .On calling to thr depot next day a man who said he was the manager for the day didnt know anything about it and refunded our money.Went to Build base and got tremendous service off then.
