Used to go there almost every day, tried to be communal and friendly. The women are always nice, but the old man and the young guy in the cap are very rude. Tonight was the worst, because they made me pay for their faulty product. Never buying anything there again.
Just been in bought nice lamb chops, and they was cheaper than Tesco's! ,staff at till are amazing, polite,and extremely helpful. It's now my local go to store . Try it it's worth the money.
Had two days left to collect my UPS parcel but they had sent it back because they ‘had too many parcels’. Annoying! Extra star because the young man working there was very nice and apologetic.
Guy with the cap has a terrible attitude. My parcel got delivered on 9/07/25 at 16:45. I go the next day and he said it’s not in the shop when I could clearly see the box with my name on it and refused to serve me. The next day I’ve gone and it’s a kind girl on the till and lo and behold, gives me the same box from the day before!
As long as I live I will never step foot in this shop again. Do not spend any money here they don't deserve your custom. Staff were rude, confrontational and refused to serve me. Left me standing waiting on numerous occasions with no explanation only to be aggressive and demeaning when I ask why I'm waiting. I understand we all have bad days, but you shouldn't abuse customers.
Have to agree with what others have said. Guy with the cap extremely rude refused my UPS parcel for no reason, ask his colleague earlier the day if I can bring my ups parcel for drop off told me it was fine, but when I got served by guy with the cap, he just shook his head and when I asked him why, he just said "what do you mean why" and ignored me. Shame, came here regularly past few years to shop and drop off parcels occasionally, most of the staff is nice and helpful but the guy with cap just ruins it.
Nice clean local shop on Upper Parliament Street, I don't use it but I often drop my daughter off there when running her to work lol.
warning this is no collection or drop off point for ebay or other comapnies DHL Hermes so on. need to make note on the wndow or update there information. wasted time.
Extremely rude guy with the cap at the till ... For no reason, he kept me waiting for every person in the queue before he was asked to help me by his colleague. I was there to collect a parcel and l asked why he keeps me waiting and he said "do you have a problem? "... and they also confirmed that my parcel was picked up by myself but l didn't. When l went there, my parcel was still there but obviously they had confirmed that it was picked up. I will never ever go there again while they show such kinda attitude.
Apparently an eBay collection point, turns out they refused to take my parcel and now I don't know what to do, staff were less than helpful about this, simply got turned away by someone saying they don't accept eBay collections. Although this is stated as a collectplus location they do not even provide services for actually collecting your parcel, appalling show of blatant false advertising.
