Bought some earings here and they broke the day after. Messaged the owners on instagran and they sent me new ones out straight away great service!
I bought two nose rings from here and after wearing each one for only a day or so they started to tarnish. Both went from silver to black/green/brown. I lost my ring from a different place so I tried to put this one back in and it snapped as soon as I opened it. I have had to bin both after one wear. Do not recommend as it is awful, cheap quality and is not worth the price they ask for. My friend also bought a couple of things like earrings etc and all have snapped/broke in some way.
bought some earrings here and wore them the next day for about 8 hours. the earring in my left ear got stuck and had to be forcefully removed due to a faulty hinge that will no longer close. the next day both ears were swollen and itchy due to my nickel allergy. they assured me in the shop that the jewlery was nickel free, which I very much doubt now considering my skin's reaction. i reached out to them on instagram for a refund due to the faulty hinge and they told me that they won't refund the item because it's not faulty. I believe if the item wasn't faulty it wouldn't have gotten stuck in my ear. I can't recommend this shop to anyone considering their poor customer service and cheaply made products. If you have a nickel allergy definitely avoid them, my ears took 3 days to recover from the pain and swelling.
Absolutely horrible place. This shop has no business in trading inside Afflecks! Firstly, the quality of the products is questionable. It's mostly overpriced rubbish. I had a neckless that fell apart in 6 days, body jewellery that's gone rusty in 3 months & the shop weren't interested once they got their money. I don't visit often, so it was a headache to take back. Furthermore, the staff here are disgraceful, ableist & prejudice, which goes against everything that is fundamentally Afflecks. I've got a disabled family member that goes into the city often & apparently some older guy in here has shouted at him, got in his face & told him that he's unwelcome & threatened to physically throw him out, despite him buying lots of things here & not understanding why. I wouldn't have believed it, but I saw a staff member shouting at someone in here around a year ago when I was there, so that should've been a warning. Avoid this shop at all costs! There are other shops in the area that sell the same things & they are accepting of everyone.
Cute products and fantastic customer service. There was a problem with my order which was resolved very quickly and without any fuss.
