I’d give 0 if I could, they provide YODEL services only if it suits them, wouldn’t take boxes even if nothing is displayed on the YODEL app… no compassion for someone that has been walking for miles to reach the shop… INconvenience store, wouldn’t spend a penny here…

Surprised at the haters on here. Kew Essentials helped save the day during Lockdown(s) for myself and my elderly neighbours for whom I was volunteering. Always a warm welcome and happy smile from the lovely Suzanne and staff.
Went into this store ystday to buy some comfort/lenor absolutely blown away at the cost £4.49 !!! I dident purchase the item went to morrisons bought the same item £2 !!! How can they charge these prices!!!!! And get away with it its a local store
I have never been treated so poorly in my life actuallyyy.. this was my first time in Kew Thankeww and I had high hopes, well not to high you see as I sit fairly low to the floor because I am wheelchair bound, on that subject I will say that the wheelchair access was poor going into the shop, the access inside was even worse as the utter array of useless products assaulted me as I tried to fight my way to the front of the shop to purchase the McVities gold bar that I came in for, spoiler alert this was the only thing gold that evening as the service was far from gold standard thankewww. the owner rushed me and said she was waiting to go home as she had been there for 12 hours, I apologised that my custom was an inconvenience to her and left Ratings: Wheelchair Access - 0 Friendliness of staff - 0 Needless items in the shop - about 1500 actually I have before enquired to the ratings people to see if they will allow a - rating but I am yet to hear back, O have no been waiting 2 hours and 38 minutes for a reply. A great little shop for all your household needs - cleaning, toiletries, stationary, greeting cards and more. This is a wonderful addition to the Kew Green area! They also have mobile phone accessories and key cutting.
