Bought a blue datejust for my Mrs as a wedding present. Service was good, gave space to see the watches and even adjusted the strap of my Seamaster. Have recommended this place to mates and would definitely visit again.
Absolutely fantastic service and communication from start to finish. I initially called the jewellers to discuss the potential purchase of a watch, I dealt with a gent called Ted. Ted was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and gave me some general advice and info regarding the watch. We discussed postage options and payment options and again Ted was incredibly accommodating (ideally I needed a Saturday delivery due to work commitments). Everything was incredibly clear and efficient. I purchased the watch and Ted stayed in touch near enough daily with updates on postage and estimated time of delivery. He had adjusted the size of the watch for me prior to dispatch and upon delivery everything was absolutely perfect. I was always a bit anxious about buying a watch online and not speaking in person with someone, however this was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Thanks Ted, 10/10!

Ordered an IWC watch from Mark Worthington Jewellers the day before New Years Eve - and it was posted the same day! Now that’s service, especially when most of us were preparing for Hogmanay! The watch arrived 2 hours ahead of the promised time today, 04 Jan ‘23, and on unboxing (very well wrapped), the watch was actually in better condition than I had expected and as described. Needless to say, I’m delighted and can certainly recommend this Jeweller. On another note, the communications from Harley at Mark Worthington, were excellent and very friendly. Top notch and I’ll be happy to buy again from this retailer.
