I had the friendliest, kindest sales assistant, Lucy, help me with some engraving and a return. She went above and beyond. Monica Vinader’s after sales customer care is 10/10. Well done!
I had a job interview here for a seasonal job. Due to sickness they asked me if I could come 3 hours early, so I moved my plans around and got there 3 hours early. The shop assistant was lovely!! However the interviewer herself was then late, which was a bit annoying as I was moved my plans around to be there 3 hours earlier. It’s been 3 weeks now and they have not even taken the time to tell me I didn’t get the job, which is maybe the least they could have done. Very disappointing and I’m glad I’m not working for a brand who cares so little about people and their time.
I visited on monday eve 19th August around 630pm, was served by a really kind lady (i didnt get her name but she said she was on until 830pm, she wasn't a manager), she helped distract my child who was screeching by giving him some bits to play with which I really appreciated and sorted out a discount for me. She was so kind and helpful and I picked up 2 items. I've had a few crappy weeks and just being shown kindness really means a lot. Thank you for the superb service, i just wish I had got your name so your manager is aware of the exceptional team member she has!
I had brought a bracelet over a year ago, which was to small. I thought I had returned it however I found it at home in one of my bags. I got in touch with the Customer Service team and they were amazing so helpful in getting the bracelet returned. I could not get a replacement, as it had been so long that the bracelet was no longer in stock. The lady was so helpful she said I could still return it. And would get a voucher for the price of the bracelet. The team stayed in touch with me until I got my voucher and made sure everything was sorted. I can't thank them enough. I only wish I could remember who I spoke to in regards to the return. Amazing brand and excellent service. Thank you so much.
