I would like to thank all the staff at the Warrington store for their help with my wife’s surprise birthday present. I went in and bought the watch and wanted to keep it a surprise and get it adjusted so she could wear it straight away. So the staff kindly arranged an appointment for me to bring my wife on the morning her milestone birthday to collect the watch and they gave her prosecco at 10am (never too early) and made a fuss of her. They adjusted the watch to fit perfectly so she could wear it for her party that day. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and my wife chuffed with the watch and the experience on her special day. Thank you to all the staff again you were great and a credit to the company. Can’t recommend enough, I’ll be back!

Amazing service, my mum took me here to gey my watch my dad bought me have some links added back onto the strap of my armani watch. The lady who served us was an absolute gem, made us feel so welcome and made my mum & myself a cup of tea while we waited for the links to be added back onto my watch strap again.. even after the watch was completed, she said we could stay and finish our drinks off coz I hadn't drank all of mine. I wish I'd of got her name coz she was so lovely. Chatted to us as if we'd known her for years, thanks for adjusting my watch for me, I suffer with anxiety quite bad, and this lady completely put me at ease, she's gave us the best customer service, that I've ever received ❤️

Met Ben today who was super friendly and let me try on my watch of choice. He explained the price match policy and we had a nice chat. He realised I was on a lunch break and had to get home (and that I may not get back to Warrington anytime soon). Anyway, in the evening I was going to buy online from another shop but thought I'd see what they could do. Spoke with the equally friendly and helpful Ed on the phone.
