Worst place to shop for gold add at least £2 to the gold price. Better off travelling to rusholme in Manchester save a fortune on making price as well as being given the right gold price
Great place to shop and fabulous service.
We entered the shop and immediately got stuck at the entrance because of their poorly managed security lock system. Five customers were crammed together, waiting back-to-back to be let in. The shop was overcrowded, unbearably warm, and chaotic. There was no chance to speak to anyone or properly view the jewelry, so we decided to leave. When I tried to exit, the door was locked. As I turned to ask a staff member to open it, he snapped at me with a rude and condescending, “Why aren’t you waiting for me?” I was stunned. I told him the door wasn’t opening, but his unnecessary attitude made it feel like he was trying to teach me a lesson for no reason. The sheer arrogance and disrespect from this staff member were outrageous. The entire experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and unacceptable.
I ve been today madina jewellery shop the service is amazing and the gold is all kind and style for all ages one of the brothers offer my daughters bottles of water and when i bought what is need he called taxi for me but taxi company says ihave to wait 45mn and was very haveay Rain the brother jazahou allah khayer he asked his sister to drop me and my kids to bolton since it is on her way iwould like to thank them again really appriciate their help bless them and iwill be a faithful customer ever thank you again for the brilliant service and the good welcoming to us
I have rang them about ear piercing of my child,they told me yes we do and we open till 6 pm,I reached there with my child from 5 mile away,I have waited there 45 minutes, no one care to attain me,and finally at 6 oclok they have told me we are closing down we can't do your ear piercing today, you have to do ear piercing on specific day and time which they didn't mentioned on phone call,pathetic customer service, I will never go back there even I advise my friends don't go there bcz they don't care for customers.

Our local jewllers. Really friendly people, and have always had decent prices. To tell you the truth, when people are this friendly and helpful, i dont even mind if they dont give the best prices. They are my go to shop for jewellery, not that i go much. Would definitely reccommend
The old guy is a con he ripped my mom off 2 gold bangles which are 23.4 grams and sold them for £1400 when they are valued at £1200. Trust the old man thought he had beard guy won't do beimaani but he did. Went around other gold jewelers and same gram bangles and design selling at £1150 to £1180. Made a big mistake should have looked around before.

I am really disappointed with the service I’ve received. My family have been shopping here for years and the past few months it’s really gone downhill. Considering it’s supposed to be a family business you’d expect them to care about their customers but the people working there clearly don’t, they just want our money and then aren’t bothered about us again.
