   I purchased a pair of brass door finger plates from this company described as heavy 5mm brass plates with four pre drilled holes. Instead I received a pair of brass plated wafer thin plates scratched to hell and not fit for purpose. I just noticed that this company has previous for posting items that bears no relation to what has originally been ordered. Then attempting to get a refund turns into a nightmare. The lesson learnt here is don't go anywhere near this company.

   I purchased Zoo hinges from them via Amazon and got sent a cheap Jedo brand instead. So I sent them back. Re-ordered and got sent the same thing again! What an utter waste of time. The "collection error" excuse can't be used twice. My guess is that they hope customers can't be bothered with the hassle of the return and decide to keep their product. This is a really poor way of doing business. Good luck gathering loyal customers!

   Purchase 5 door handles from their website (doorhandlesplus.co.uk). Placed on website. 02/01/2020 - Contacted them on 08/01/2020 they promised the goods would be with me in 5 days. Goods didn't arrive. Contacted them again, asked me to call back. Did so and then told they would email me an update. Guess what - no email. Phoned again fobbed off again. Now taking it up with Credit Card company to get my money back. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS WEBSITE. They have a shop: Askew Hardware Ltd; 95 Askew Rd, London W12 9AS - do NOT used them!! Checkout trustpilot reviews for doorhandlesplus - many people with the same experience as me.
