I came in with a specific colour in mind and a tight project deadline, and they went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Natasha listened carefully to my requirements and offered expert advice on finishes and coverage, while Nick double-checked the mix and even provided tips on application to get a perfect result first time. Their attention to detail and friendly, professional manner made the whole process effortless. If you need top-quality paint and exceptional customer service, I can’t recommend Natasha, Nick and the entire Leyland’s Cricklewood team highly enough. They turned what could have been a stressful job into a quick, easy and genuinely enjoyable visit. Would add a Picture but the job isn’t complete yet :)

   Fantastic customer service! The paint machine was down, but the lady serving me was incredibly helpful. She took my number and offered to mix the paint and call me as soon as it was ready. Going above and beyond like that is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend this place!

   Excellent Customer Service and Great Quality Paint at Leyland Cricklewood I recently visited Leyland and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Malik, one of the team members, provided outstanding customer service. I was looking for a specific type of paint, and even though the store was busy, Malik took the time to assist me personally. They were running a promotion on Dulux paints, and Malik helped me find a high-quality, cost-effective option that suited my needs perfectly. Malik went above and beyond, even offering to help carry my purchases to the car. Despite the rush, he stayed focused on helping me find the best product. The store’s paint mixers were also highly skilled, ensuring I got the exact colour I was looking for. I highly recommend Leyland Cricklewood, especially thanks to Malik’s friendly and professional assistance. Fantastic experience overall!

   I went in the shop at 6.55 for buy a wood white paint and at 6:58 I was at the till and the guy was very rude and told me he cannot take any cash now when was 2 min before closing! Rediculous service… they just want to go home and cash up before time… no even sign whit CASH ONLY!!!! Very bad customer service
