    One of the worst services I’ve ever had. Faulty key copies, no refunds and no manager on sight for whole week. Appallingly rude customer service. Avoid if possible.

    BAD SHOP Overcharge all items, you usually have to pay cash because the dataphone supposedly does not work, customer support is bad, there are better shops in Marylebone high str. Not recommended

    They are charging £13.50 for a 100ml of hand sanitizer 99p in Boots, overcharging for builders masks etc. Clearly taking advantage of a global killer virus rather than supporting the local community . Please boycott this store and don’t forget what they did when it’s over profit over life!

    Make sure to ask for a receipt at this place if you decide to buy something, because you will most likely have to return the item. One of the worst customer service I have experienced in a while! 12-08-2019 Update: Dear store owner of Marble Arch Paints, thank you for thoroughly proving my point with your completely unprofessional, tactless and slanderous response. ***Worst customer service? why because you used the air conditioning unit on the hottest day of the year and tried to return it claiming it is "faulty" without a receipt (that you lost)? yet we still got you the part that was "missing" and helped you even without a receipt...yet still bad customer service? in that case the whole world has bad customer service, we are so sorry for not letting you use the air conditioning unit for the hottest day of the year. we are such bad people, next summer give us a call we will have people fan you and feed you grapes too :)***
