Not what they used to be! Crap telephone manner Wanted some grub screws and was told that I got to buy a minimum of 50! When I go there usually I buy a load of other screws and stuff ! Staff need telephone training Another old school firm up for the chopping block due to idiots not wanting to do the job they are paid to do! A bit of a shame but never mind eh? Went to Melvyn Clarke in Carshalton and got served as a customer should.
