   Parked outside and when I got back to my car it had a massive chip in the windscreen. A large Travis Perkin lorry was loading/unloading behind and I believe they dropped something causing the crack. I asked for camera footage and they were unwilling to share.

   Very bad experience with Andy manager there he is unfriendly person and to be honest not only him with this branch. They always try to play with prices and gave me every day different prices for same products also they don't want accept discounts from different branches because like the said they don't have time for that.

   Very disappointed service!!! I have order some timber and i recived a day after delivery day. When i call back to ask what happen one of the reception say a story another one different story Very disappointed!!! After i done another order cuz my guy give me a small size of timber so i pay again my order and it's pass more than 2 weeks time and i return the first order and still i not recive the money back. Very disappointed about customer service!!!! I will be back soon ro them to see where my money is???

   Large store, queuing is a bit slow and backwards. You arrive, park up, queue, then need to get a slip of your order and go collect your items and come queue again?? Took me 25min just to get one item as I had to get it from outside and they were not excessively busy.
