The staff in here are so helpful, I was struggling with what plumbing parts I needed and they sold everything I needed to finish the job. Plus I found it very cheap compared to other merchants.
This fantastic shop has what I need every time I go. Today it was one 10amp fuse, the last time a large gas bottle. Easy free parking and great knowledgable service. Glad it’s my local hardware store
Yesterday on 20 April I purchased tools costing around 30/35 pounds as I needed them to complete an urgent job in a quick manner. I requested for invoice to be given so I can show it as expanse to my company as I am legally allowed to do so. I was told that an invoice cannot be issued as something is wrong with bank card machine reader and I really needed it! I think it's important to receive an invoice for items a client purchases specially if he will be using them later on! Rated as 1 as I couldn't go any less. Not to mention that tools there were 3 times expensive than an ordinary one which I did not bother, but refusal of invoice was the top cream of the cake! There is no excuse regarding this! Make sure next time if your reader is faulty to have another one and issue people invoice for tools they buy!

Quirky staff but I happen to like that. Wide variety of stock. Great place for the odd things nowhere else seems to be offering.
COUNT YOUR CHANGE, Got over charged for my item even though it was priced up, when i pointed this out, he didn't give me my correct change again, so i had to asked for my correct change for the 2nd time. Not a good experience. Seems like a con man.
