   25 minutes late opening the store and the guy responds with an attitude. Apparently the shutter keys were missing but he could have put a sign on the door at 7am not 7.30 the girl was helpful the guy was useless

   I use this shop almost every day and since that old man with grey hair is there , you always have the filling that you are not welcome. Is not happy to serve people I don't understand what is doing behind the til with his engry face.

   Whats the point of having a specific counter for click and collect if you serve every Tom, Dick and Harry on it. Ive already spent time ordering and paying for the products, but still Ive got to wait while some helmet thumbs through the catalogue.

   Still needlessly don’t let you park in front of the shop even though Covid regulations finished years ago. I’ve politely asked various people why, including the manager, no one has a clue. They were also very rude about it when I parked there not knowing I wasn’t meant to. Wouldn’t even let me grab my click and collect that would have taken 30 seconds, even though there was nowhere else to park on the entire estate at the time as it was a busy moment. Even the car park manager thinks they’re being ridiculous. Most times I have to go to this branch I have a bad experience one way or another. Ruins my day quite often. Thankfully I can normally go to a different branch where I can actually park outside (basically every other Toolstation in the country)

   Dont recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a product online to pick up the next day. And after 3 days still waiting. I came to the store twice already, aMd noone gives you any answer. Stay away of this store! Amazon is much better and customer service is very good compared to this

   Excellent service.Was served this morning by the girl with tattoos and long blonde, brown hair.. she was easy to talk to and helped me find hose connectors as i wasn't too sure.. was lovely to be served with a smile and knowledge. Will be back in future

   Exceptional service. Great team with a lot having changed since I first shopped here back in 2018. The service use to be average but I am seeing the calibre of recruitment that has been carried out at this branch and can say whoever is behind it is doing a fine job. I use to be served by a young Easter European woman who would always have something to complain about, clearly not demonstrating loyalty to the business she was working for. Today I was served by a young man who blew me away with his charisma and enthusiasm. Thank you Mr Mohammed. You clearly demonstrate what customer service is and what loyalty to a business means.
