I ordered 35 edging stones from Wickes and received them within 3 hours. The driver, Amar, was very helpful and provided a rapid delivery and unloading service. Excellent service from him!

Iām not one to leave such negative reviews, but Iām honestly so upset and disappointed. Imagine paying over Ā£10k for what was meant to be a premium kitchen, only to end up with the poorest quality imaginable. Within just nine months, the carcasses are already chipping and showing visible damage. For the price paid, this is completely unacceptable. Save your hard-earned money there are so many better kitchen companies out there that actually deliver on quality and durability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they drastically improve their materials and workmanship.

The entrance to the parking lot is very poor. It's a construction shop, and the entrance is like slaloming between numerous bollards to avoid damaging the vehicle. The service seems to be a punishment. This is the worst Wickes I've ever seen in my experience.

This company use couriers in east London who are notoriously awful according to store reviews. The driver apparently rejected my order to deliver it and not one update was passed onto me after waiting in all day. The Edmonton store do not seem to have an answer as to what happened other than the order was rejected and whoever was on duty at the time chose not to let me know as the customer. It is not okay to delay or cancel large materials orders for construction jobs especially when builders are waiting for the materials and being paid to do so. Outrageous. Will avoid at all costs. I now have to wait up to 2 weeks to see if they have even cancelled the order and for my refund. Will never use again. Waste of time and money.

Was getting a quote for bathroom refurbishments, they attended to check everything out and put together a quote. When due to call and run through this, it never happened. A week or so later, I got an email to say my quote has expired. I was never shared a quote. I called them and they said they would pass it to the team and would call me back. They also ignored all my other emails. Many weeks later, I have still not heard anything. Awful customer service and recommend to avoid them at all costs, go somewhere that value your business.

Opening times are very different to what it says on Google, the board outside and staff that work there. I was told by staff they close at 7pm. When the board says 9pm and Google says 8pm. When paying for goods the member of staff thought he would be funny and over exaggerate with the cost of the purchase we were rushed to make. Even though the staff found it hilarious i thought it was very unnecessary and thought he was very unprofessional and this is the 2nd time i have had a bad experience with staff at this store.

Warning!!!! Please read the whole review!!! I've been to this store many times and the lack of customer service is just getting worse. The staff is not friendly or polite, checking messages on private phone while serving customers and no one smiles at you. The car park is disgusting and it doesn't seem like much time is spent tidying up the store. Will definitely pick another branch next time. Update: I ended up going back to this wickes. The parking lot had been sorted out which I was happy to see. I had spent about 10min in store when I was called via speaker to come out to my van. The van had been broken in to. 11am in the morning. Parked right by the exit. Everything gone. Nearly £3000 worth of tools stolen and damage to the van. The security guard and wickes staff couldn't care less.. Insurance won't pay out.. Contacted wickes customer services to inform of the risks of their car park and hope they will do something about it. I would think twice before visiting this store especially if you are driving a van. Other customers took pictures and tried to stop it but the Wickes security guard must have been sleeping. I understand that it's not Wickes fault this happened but wasn't even offered an apology after all it did happen at wickes car park. Now I'm out of tools and have to turn jobs down which means that I also will spend less money in wickes. (Spend thousands every year) Still no response from Wickes as expected
