    Its so nice NOT to be in a big DIY warehouse. Here you can talk to people who actually know their products, have them in stock and have a positive attitude to customer service. This was the case despite my not being a trade customer. Parking over the road is charged, but 15 minutes is only 65p and I found that their systems are so good, you don't need more than that.

    I feel lucky to live near BBS. The service they offer is a much more pleasant experience than some of the larger companies. They stock a wide range of products at good prices and the staff are both hardworking and helpful. What's not to like?

    Absolute legends. I called them last min as b&q let me down big time and materials market, bbs sent me what i needed in a couple of hours of placing the order, then i needed another jumbo bag of ballast, was quite late in the day but bbs bent over backwards to get me another bag so i could finish the job highly recommend, I wont use anyone else now, also the prices great too, thanks again.

    As a carpenter and furniture designer and builder I cannot recommend this store and it’s employees enough. Knowledgable and helpful with a desire to go the extra mile.. I had cause to return some products I’d purchased (unused!) 2 years ago, as they were faulty. They immediately offered to exchange and ordered more as they were not carrying the amount I needed. Keenly priced and well stocked. Beats much bigger stores hands down.
