   I bought a Yale lock from this shop which was fitted and within a month jammed and would not open. I returned and asked for refund as I was within 6 month return period for faulty goods. The owner refused saying he would need to take up matter with his supplier as he didn’t want to be out of pocket by £35 in the event he wasn’t reimbursed. I couldn’t believe his attitude, and really shoddy treatment of his customers. Despite returning to the store and leaving my number he has so far failed to refund me. Beware of returning any faulty goods!
