I have been shopping in the Sidcup store for the last couple of days , the team there were just so nice and helpful . A special shout to Helen who went above and beyond helping me , explaining how the wet room seal kit works and how I apply it …….She is definitely a real asset to the company .
I have been serviced a few times by Charley at the order counter. Her service levels are totally sky high. She has a can do attitude, is patient, has great empathy and, communicates well. With a smile too. All with customers and colleagues (latter by observation). She is a credit to Selco.
The cafe here is excellent.
Pretty good builder supplies shop. Surprisingly - on par or cheaper than online, e.g. supplies bought on eBay, and is local enough to pop in in the morning before work. Also has good selection of most useful small bits that you always forget or run out of.

Ben and Dave provided exceptional service from start to finish from Ben and Dave. I ordered 7 doors in total and after a couple weeks had to return 4 and have 1 new one delivered that fit the frames in the new house I purchased. Dave handled the exchange, and refund perfectly without any hassle at all and organised collection and delivery of the doors at no extra cost. Additionally, the doors arrived early morning, the driver was very helpful too. A great experience all round! thanks team!
