Always a pleasure to deal with the staff at all the branches especially at Orpington. As a lady I feel intimidated by going into some builders merchants but have always been welcomed here. Their prices are also very competitive
I would like to thank you for your excellent customer service recently. I came into the Orpington branch to purchase timber with which to build a new pergola. I was served by Jeff, who was excellent from start to finish. He could tell that I knew little about the products, yet he was patient and explained the timber size options that would fit my project. He also ensured the timber was delivered the next day. The delivery guys were equally brilliant. They were courteous and polite. When asked if they would mind delivering the timber to my back garden, rather than leave it on my driveway, they said it would be no problem and proceeded to do a job in 5 minutes that would have taken me 20. I know have an impressive new pergola!! I am really impressed by my experience with Selhurst Timber and will definitely be a future customer.
Doing a labour only contract was scary but Selhurst Timber Orpington branch took the stress out of the project. They not only did timely and efficient delivery of materials but also provided competitive prices. I cannot thank them more and would recommend to others based on my recent experience.
