   0 stars really - thieves - The worst service ever. Needed to return an item that I bought because it was wrong size. Yes I opened the packet but no where in the shop did I see a sign that an opened item is non-refundable. So I asked for a refund as I had my receipt. 1.staff are rude 2.the old man sitting behind the counter had no need to butt in but rudely did 3.if they had actually explained nicely, maybe I would have walked away 4. Why not offer a credit note so that customers can come back and buy something else 5.over £10.99 they getting a bad review and I will tell everyone not to go there. Don’t shop here, better off going to wickes, howdens or screw fix. Rude, thieving, useless people and the cost of everything way more expensive than it should be. I went there in an emergency as it was the closest shop for what I needed. Never again.

   I just doing delivery to this place and I ask them to let me use thay toilet as thay legally have to provide for delivery drivers. Please have a look at my clip attached as I can not describe this what I sow. Anyway I did this clip to send to my depot to report this site as this is not acceptable.

   The service, advice is second to none. Bought a length of 9x2x16 wood and obviously can't fit in a car. The Sikh warehouse gentleman cut it for me and helped carry and fit into car. Everyone provides support and advice.
