Have been to every Screwfix or Toolstation in the region at some point or another, and this is my preferred store, because the staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Utterly rude and arrogant manager. He refused to return a new totally unused paint roller set because the plastic wrapping was ripped. Absurd way to speak to a customer “what you expect me to do with that” and “I ain’t taking it back mate”. He clearly has training issues, alongside a nasty mean streak and is a bully. His staff are terrified of him, he needs to be reprimanded and some humble pie would be beneficial.

Had purchased a electric fire, was really damaged, had got online to request a collection and replacement, was informed quicker to go to the actual store, which I done today, with by now only a few days left until the thirty day money back guarantee expires, quite a mission for me too as I have spinal and leg injuries. Got there, told I need to phone!? Not that happy unfortunately
