One of the worst staff i have ever seen, especially Asian guy working on 15th November in the evening was extremely rude. Will never come to back to this store again. Horrible experience.

Love Screwfix with a passion. Always such a pleasure purchasing from here. Right from the online website right through to collection is an experience you can only liken to VIP treatment. The products are always what you expect them to be and if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase they normally refund you without any fuss. In particular I like the way you can pay online and then when entering the store you can enter your order number in one of the terminals and regardless of how many people are in the store queuing up your items are brought to you in seconds and off you go. Seemless experience.

Overall a good service at this branch, very handy they got most things you need for projects in stock. Online ordering very efficient and they can turn around items quickly for you on collection. Returns and exchanges hassle free. Just wish they had a bit more courtesy to show products before you buy so you can check that they are suitable for your needs before having to faff around with going back to return them, rather than insisting you go online and check (maybe because of covid they're operating this way) Otherwise good store, the prices are very good considering its not just trade only.
Fast online ordering process and collection, makes locating what I need convenient. Delivery is reliable too. Parking can be a bit of problem. But easy to walk around from B&W car park if full. The staff are effecient and polite. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this branch.
