Very helpful shop. I was directed to Nilco by my builder and told to ask for Kieran. Kieran was very helpful with my Velux purchase and Nilco had good stock levels too. Helpful customer service after the purchase too. Would recommend. One of their very considerate drivers even helped with the hairy reverse of their front parking!
Had a load of stuff delivered a few months ago. The delivery driver could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to get it all stacked up quickly and efficiently. Thank you very much.

I have spent the last 18 months buying materials and hiring for a project i was working on...they genuinely made my whole building experience much much easier! They were accommodating and ensured all deliveries were made on time as promised! Any issues i had with items we ordered by mistake were taken back no questions asked! I highly recommend as a trade customer and will 100% be using these guys again!!
Was unfairly charged two days hire for a tool that was collected at 4:26pm Thursday one day and returned at 8:10am Saturday. I repeatedly tried to call to ask if I could return the hired item first thing in the morning as I was being held up and couldn't get the tool back to them. They didn't answer the phone. Very poor customer services. extremely exorbitant prices.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service - rude, ignorant and uninterested. Defective equipment - not meeting health and safety requirements. Pricing - made up and aimed to fraudulently take your money. Overall avoid this company and find a reputable supplier who will treat you with respect. Thank you google for empowering customers to provide reviews.
