“Emailed EBM for free samples for personal project, was informed that samples are sample boards with a cut brick facing side on it, not actual full sized bricks. After clarifying & communicating with employee via email. He was able to arrange for some residual sample stock to be sent out, which I was happy to go ahead with. “I was served by a young lad who went by the name Izzy. He was extremely helpful and courteous and took his time to assist me in finding screws to fit into a fixture. We went through several different screws and eventually found the perfect ones. However I then stated I didn’t want any fancy branded ones of which he then proceeded to scroll through his system to get me the cheapest best value ones! Finally we opened the box and tested to see if it would fit of which it was perfect. Before paying he then asked me if I wanted a new unopened box of which I said no, it was totally fine. But still, him asking me if I wanted a new box instead was where I was really impressed. Amazing customer service! Will highly recommend going to these guys”
