   Sold me the wrong item and refused a refund within half hour of purchase. Then fobbed me off on who the manager was giving me the store number and then answering it himself and then gave me a fake mobile number. Rude and a liar. Avoid avoid avoid. He'd have zero points if it was an option.

   The shop keeper was very rude, never seen like before, I just ask him to exchange as builder bought wrong item, he shout, as I was buying for free, plz buy either from wickes or b&q or different shop as we can return from them, or at least people r polite.

   Unhelpful and abusive! I recently bought a water siphon for a toilet cistern from PlumTech that developped a fault after 2 weeks. I returned it to the shop and exchanged it for a more expensive one for which I paid the difference. The packaging on the replacement siphon was ripped and was also missing the fittings. The assistant took the fittings from another siphon so that I could fit it. Once in the cistern, the siphon refused to work, even for a qualified plumber who tried to get it to function. When I returned to the shop with the part I was refused a refund, told to get out of the shop and told my custom was not required! My suspision is that the part had already been returned to the shop which would also explain the faulty packaging.
