1st time I've used this shop and only have praise for the amazing knowledge of the chap that helped me with the purchase of a new Shoei helmet, incredibly knowledgeable of all the products available, it made a refreshing change to have someone who knows what he's talking about, a true credit to the company.

Brum branch is on the other side of the city for me, but always worth the Trip. Shop is a show room, its large, bright & spacious with loads of kits available. Have used their Whatsapp account to order multiple sizes to ensure everything that I'm interested in is there waiting for me. Am kept up-to-date via SMS regarding arrival of each piece of kit. Lovely team and I think enough of them. Reserved items are bought down and I'm left alone to check it all out thoroughly, though the team are on hand to help. Recently went on a trip via France to Spain wearing a lot of kit bought from this shop. Oxford trousers & jacket where outstanding, helmet failed miserably. Sport Bike Shop sent helmet back to OEM & I was soon offered multple options, including a full refund - all within a week! I assumed it'd be months & a lot of pushing-&-pulling with the OEM before securing an acceptable solution. This company's website is enormously informative & prices certainly competitive. SBS define how retail ought to be in the modern era.

Ben, Ross, Simon, little Jack and Ryan are the most friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful people in the business. They go out of their way to make sure that I know what products are best for my bike and are happy to answer. any questions or concerns that I have.

While they don’t always have huge amounts in stock, the ability to get anything ordered in for next-day try-on is fantastic. Motorcycle kit is so size-dependent, and being able to order through a massive online retailer but try it on in-store takes away all the hassle. I recently bought a helmet (which I usually struggle with for fit), and it worked out perfectly. I’ve bought loads from here over time and will continue to do so – even if it’s a tenner cheaper from some random online site or eBay, it’s worth supporting proper bricks-and-mortar bike shops.

Sportsbikeshop is fantastic online and I use them regularly. This was my first trip to one of the shops, I'm so glad I went as the advice I received regarding a helmet was so good. You can order items online to them try on in the shop which really is a great idea. Well worth a visit.

We visited the sports bike shop at the weekend, very easy to find but when I arrived felt a little disappointed as it seemed a small shop. Once inside though it covered everything you would need. well laid out, staff were very friendly and helpful. And best of all they are dog friendly.

My brother got his new gear here and was full of praise for the shop, so I tried it. I 've been twice now and couldn't be more impressed, both staff who looked after me (Genna & Jon) are very knowledgeable about all the products and were super helpful. They say they won't be beaten on price too, so I'll be going back soon for summer gloves and a new helmet. Great bike gear shop.

GREAT STORE. I visited the Sports Bike Shop Saturday morning, discussed waterproofs. Customer service team were helpful & friendly. Sunday morning the product arrived in store ready for me to try before I buy. They even ensured they had two sizes available! Brilliant. Highly recommend!!! Thank you

It is finally here in Birmingham! Shopped here many times ( online ) and the service has been faultless. Even the returns are faultless ( something many other shops could learn from ) The shop is located about 20 mins drive from the centre of Birmingham or 10/15 min drive from Jct 6 M6 and head along the Tyburn road ( A38 ) left at the Tyburn pub island. Not sure if this is the right place for a bike shop to be as there is nothing else ( bike related ) around to make it a destination for a ride? There is a free Car park but this is shared with the local MG car dealership but I believe there is parking on the roadside. There are spaces / bicycle shelter to park and lock your bicycle but not sure if you can park your bike there? Weather wasn't favourable today to arrive by bike. I do like the uncluttered layout of sports bike shops and by using the tablets / monitors it is easy to get the size you require of any product they stock / sell. They have Everything you could ever need for biking under 1 roof and price ranges to suit all pockets, styles etc. Prices are reasonable and on par with other bike shops in the area and their price match has always been spot on. There is option to spread the cost interest free which is a huge bonus if you are after something expensive and don't want the big hit in one go. There are Changing rooms on site and balaclavas available if you want to try helmets. And a motorcycle shaped frame for you to sit in to try out leathers etc. No cafe on site but plenty of cafes / eateries nearby ( within walking distance 10 mins tops ) but they do have vending machines on site.
