   I have used these merchants once and that was enough for me to decide to never use them again. I bought some sand, wood and metal item from them to be delivered to my address. I agreed with them that they would call me before arrival so that I would show them where the items were to be left. In actual fact, they left the items ouside my property and demolished some small shrubs in the process. I phoned them a few times and everytime they kept saying that they could not hear me well. I emailed them but never got a reply. The prices I found were reasonable, but the quality pretty bad. My fine sand was heavily contaminated with grit and pebbles, making my work more complicated than should have been. Needless to say, I will never use these merchants again.

   I recently ordered some goods and paid in full at the shop to be delivered the next morning. I rang at 9.30am to find out when the delivery would be made, they said within the hour. Then again at 11.30 and at 14.30 still no delivery. the guy at the store then spoke to me rudely and put the phone down on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND
