Really horrible and dismissive staff , won’t give me my parcel even though I showed them the tracking number and the proof twice ! They said they wouldn’t look for it and were very nasty , seriously sort your staff out if they’re too lazy to do a simple job
Well I just seen the post on Facebook about this store my local store such a shame really but a sad truth the shop is on its knees unlike the larder over the road run by volunteers putting the place to shame not getting paid foing it for the love of the community we need a new shop I think it’s not a convienience it’s a inconvenience for the estate however the boss Lisa does try her best but sometimes you can’t find the staff
manager was very helpful when i couldn't find product i neeed kids were playing up and she made them laugh thank you again
Went here to use the DPD/Royal Mail Locker outside. Good locker, very easy to use and navigate. Prints the label there and had no issue with using it.
I bought my Yodel cargo safely and cheerfully. They were very caring and friendly, helpful. I saw them happy. The shop is a narrow shop and can reduce the comfort, but this cannot be the fault of the staff, the comments made me sad, but I was a satisfied and friendly customer, the future is better than the past and luck is always waiting for us.
Absolutely ridiculous they close between 9:45 and 9:55 when they close at 10 because they can't be bothered staying in till ten honestly they are getting reported because they are supposed to stay open till 10
Staff does not acknowledge customers whether they come in/ out of the store. When I’ve popped my head in (I was with my son who was in the pram) and I’ve asked about availability of an item the staff member just said “I don’t know” without checking or even offering to check. Staff on the till usually on their phones even when approached by the customer. Staff seems unhappy and makes the customer feel like a massive inconvenience. Only go there as my last option which is a shame to the business. I would score zero stars if that was an option.
Staff just talking to each other not friendly no smile and not greeting customers
Good choice of food and drink very happy people go there daily
